Deposits & Booking Policy
• All appointments require a deposit to secure your slot. No deposit = no booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• For hair extension maintenance appointments, the deposit applies to all bookings, regardless of size or service.
• Deposits can be transferred to another date/time if you give at least 48 hours notice before your appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being retained.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask you to respect our time, as we do yours:
• If you cancel within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
• If you cancel within 5 hours, 100% of the fee will be due.
• No-shows or failure to get in contact will result in 100% of the service fee being charged.
• Payment will be taken from the card held securely on the booking system.
• An outstanding balance message will be sent, and no future appointments can be made without full upfront payment.
Hair-Up & Styling Appointments
• For any hair-up or styling services, please send inspiration pictures either before or directly after booking.
• This helps us allocate enough time to tailor your appointment to your needs.
Appointment Reminders
• You’ll receive automatic reminders via email or text before your appointment.
• Please check the details are correct and get in touch if anything needs changing within the allowed timeframe.
